This multi-level home offers 2,396 sqft of living space, two bedrooms, an open loft that includes a sleeper sofa and desk/office space, and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. When you enter the home, you will find yourself surrounded by an open and modern floor plan with plenty of natural light and absolutely breathtaking views.
Living room: The living room boasts 20 ft high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in the surrounding red rock views. The furnishings are a contemporary style. It has a 56″ Smart TV and a gas fireplace.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a true gourmet space and with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas stove and touch-screen convection oven. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a rice cooker. The island is spacious enough for meal prep and entertaining and has seating for four.
Dining area: The dining area offers a modern Copenhagen bench and chair dining set.
Master bedroom/bath: (main level) – King bed, 46” Smart TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, private balcony with amazing views. The remodeled private bathroom is gorgeous and offers a unique Italian vanity and lighting, a stunning tile shower with dual shower heads, and a heated towel rack.
Bedroom #2/bath: The second bedroom is smaller than the master bedroom and is equipped with a queen bed. The bedroom has private back courtyard access. The room has a 40” Smart TV. The bedroom is next to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Loft : The loft has a dedicated workspace as well as a sitting area that overlooks the main level. The loft has its own private balcony complete with breathtaking views. The sitting area includes a queen sofa sleeper, a 40″ Smart TV, and a desk.
The backyard is spacious and peaceful. Soak in the private hot tub while taking in the red rock views. There is a soothing waterfall that flows 24/7 into a small pond, multiple sitting areas including an outdoor dining table and BBQ, a quaint courtyard, and a separate cozy fire pit.
Other things to note:
The home is nestled up on a hill and has a half-moon driveway that is a bit narrow but can serve as additional parking. There is a garage and garage door remote.
There is a full-size washer and dryer.
*The air conditioning is a 5-ton unit, plus an additional 2-ton unit in the loft.
We have two Arlo outdoor security cameras on the front of the house pointing down and facing the driveway for security purposes when the home is unoccupied.
We also have Philips HUE smart light bulbs in the loft and one in the dining room if you have the app on your phone. It allows you to change the color of the light bulbs or turn them on with your phone.
Please note that regularly scheduled property maintenance vendors may come and go during your stay, such as weekly spa maintenance and cleaning, monthly insect treatment, bi-weekly landscaping, etc.
Guests have sole access to the entire property and yard starting at 4 pm on the date of their check-in through 10 am on the date of their checkout.
