We are available by text, email or phone and will respond as quick as possible. Please watch your little ones closely there are no gates at the foot or top of our stairs to the rooftop deck. Their safety is important to us and we want you to know before you arrive.
Guest Access
This home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, offering complete privacy for you and your loved ones. You will have access to the Possee Ground Park, pool, and recreational facility that is just steps away. There is walk-out hiking or use the convenient City of Sedona Shuttle Service. Park with ease in the two-car garage, complete with an EV charger, or use the spacious driveway.

House Rules:
We want your stay to be very pleasant and hope you make great memories! Our goal is for you to be a repeat guest!
No parties or events without prior authorization. No smoking in the home or in the garage.
The fire extinguisher is in the pantry on the right side, wall-mounted.
The garage door code and front door code will be sent to you on the day of check-in.
WiFi and password are provided in the home.
All TV’s are smart TV’s so you can sign in to your personal accounts. Download the free “Sonos” phone app to personalize music in each room or make the TV’s stereo.
If there is food in the pantry it’s to share. All spices and cooking supplies are to share. If any of these types of items are left behind they will be shared, so thank you.
There are microfiber washcloths in each bathroom drawer to remove makeup.
Hot Tub Towels, extra sanitation, and PH packets are available in the laundry room for your use.
The sofa sleepers have a pull handle at the upper center. DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE CUSHIONS! All cushions will stay attached. There are waterproof mattress protectors on them and please keep them on. Each sheet set is folded together as a unit. Pillows and sheets are in the hall closet. The pillows have protectors on them but please use pillowcases as well.
In the laundry room, there is soap for the washer and dryer sheets for the dryer above each appliance. Laundry room bottom cabinet has cleaning supplies should you need them. A broom/dustpan and a mop/duster are hanging on the garage wall just as you enter from the garage.
We require and appreciate you using coasters for all beverages and placemats under plates to protect our table tops. Care and cleaning for the table tops – wash down with a damp cloth, no detergents and wipe dry with a hand towel. Cleaning crew sanitizes in between guests.
Coffee is in the pantry and coffee pods are in the drawer under the coffee pot.
Remote for under and upper kitchen cabinet lighting is in the silverware drawer, point at sensors to operate.
Bedroom TV and ceiling fan remotes are located on nightstands. Turn the wall switch on first for fans.
Bedroom alarm clocks are also USB charging hubs.
Soaking salts can be found in the master bathroom cabinet. The living room fireplace remote offers both color-changing flame and heating functions.
In the cabinets to the left of the fireplace, you’ll find toys, games, adult coloring books, pickleballs, and paddles, as well as balls for the park—a short and leisurely walk from the backyard. The park also features a workout fitness trail and outdoor fitness equipment.
If you use the patio furniture or fire pits, the covers can be folded up and stored in the cabinet on the right side of the indoor fireplace. Directions for the patio fire pit are attached, and if additional propane is needed, tanks can be refilled at Ace Hardware.
A ping pong table is available in the garage.
Trash Can must be placed on the street Sunday’s Even if you’re not checking out on a Sunday.
