Welcome to our beautifully remodeled vacation home, a sparkling clean haven with awe-inspiring views in a prime location for outdoor enthusiasts! Perfect for hikers, runners, cyclists, and mountain bikers, our home offers an enclosed backyard for delightful outdoor dining, barbecues, and cocktails, providing a safe space for your small dog to enjoy too. Enjoy gazing at the red rock mountains from the front patio or embark on a stargazing adventure with our telescope on the back patio, where the hot tub beckons to soothe your tired muscles after a day of adventure.
With a focus on comfort and convenience, our fully-loaded house ensures an amazing month-long stay, rivaling the best Airbnb’s worldwide. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or productivity, we’ve got you covered. Our sitting area off the kitchen is perfect for remote work or simply chilling out, featuring a Mid-Century Modern couch and a well-equipped workspace with a 24” monitor and B/W laser printer. The living room provides a cozy ambiance with exposed beam ceilings, an electric fireplace, and an extensive vinyl collection for music enthusiasts. Security cameras are in place for everyone’s protection, and guests are expected to honor house rules. No gatherings/parties are allowed, only booked guests are permitted on the premises. An additional security deposit is required per house rules. Dogs must be discussed and approved in advance. No cats are allowed due to allergies.

The space
Perfect place for holidays, vacations, remote work, or romantic getaways, if you are looking to refresh, relax and enjoy the views! We are located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located in West Sedona. There are amazing views of Red Rocks from every room /window and from every corner of the property. This house boasts spectacular Thunder Mountain views from both inside and out in a prime location to enjoy Sedona’s top activities and attractions. You have multiple spots to enjoy the view with a book or cup of coffee.
A short drive and you are at world-class sightseeing and activities: there are numerous trailheads (rated easy to difficult with many in-between), Red Rock State Park, and so much more. Whether you prefer to spend your time hiking, biking, golfing, hot-air ballooning, taking a Pink Jeep Tour, or simply enjoying the gorgeous vistas from the property, there is no shortage of high adventure and family-friendly activities.
When you’re not out experiencing the local offerings, relax in comfort at our home. There are two gorgeous patios outside with Amazing Views of red rocks. Three TVs inside are ready for streaming to complete the experience.
What we love about our home is escaping the world and enjoying the surrounding breathtaking red rocks. By far our favorite feature is the rear patio with a place to sit and look at the stars. It’s a place where we can hang out with all of our friends and talk. Enjoy breakfast in the mornings on the back patio and following an exciting day, unwind with a stemmed glass of wine there in the evening. That in-between time can be filled with so many things to do in Sedona. We love mountain biking, hiking, strolling through Uptown, and enjoying the absolutely fabulous local restaurants and local wineries. Uptown Sedona offers numerous New Age shops, spas, and art galleries.

West Sedona is a quieter, easy-to-walk residential neighborhood with some of the best red rock views in Sedona. Located near State Route 89A, you have easy access to the endless recreational activities, landmarks, and attractions of Sedona with frequent shuttle buses, local tours, and trailheads all on your doorstep.
This property is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with a café table on the side patio and a private back patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining. With ChimneyRock and Thunder Mountain looming in the background, this home offers awesome outdoor living with scenic Sedona views.
“Sedona Cosmic Hideaway” in West Sedona comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. This home offers plenty of workspace for remote working and homeschooling and there is a full laundry room with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The living room has modern furnishings with gorgeous hardwood flooring for a warm and inviting feel. Enjoy the large picture window that brings plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding red rocks. Thunder Mountain is so big close up!
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make your family meals in an ultra-modern space.
The dining room has a dining table that easily seats six and features beautiful Mogollon Rim views.
If need be this location is perfect for remote work. A laptop accessing the 100 Mbps wi-fi internet can be set up on the dining room table, and while you are working and attending meetings remotely you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Mogollon Rim in the distance. By the way, the sunrise over the Rim the next morning through the Arizona Room windows will be a great way to start the following adventure.
The main Bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a large separate tub and walk-in shower. Lie in bed and marvel at the views!
The second bedroom has a queen bed with access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower. View from the bed at Thunder Mountain in the morning!
The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and is next to the hall bathroom. Views are toward the Mogollon Rim. See the morning sunrise blaze forth!

Only the registered number of guests are allowed at the property.
No smoking of any kind, including vaping, on the property (indoors and on the grounds)
No events/gatherings. Our home is not suitable for parties.
Breaking any of the house rules will result in termination of stay and removal from the property.
We have installed outdoor security cameras for the safety of our guests and property. They are actively recording the perimeter of the property, the stairs on the front porch entrance, the back patio entrance, the “Staff Only” door of the shed, the driveway, side patio. Please, do not remove, unplug, disable, or prevent these safety and security measures from protecting both guests and property. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate termination of the guest’s reservation without a refund.

This multi-level home offers 2,396 sqft of living space, two bedrooms, an open loft that includes a sleeper sofa and desk/office space, and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. When you enter the home, you will find yourself surrounded by an open and modern floor plan with plenty of natural light and absolutely breathtaking views.
Living room: The living room boasts 20 ft high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in the surrounding red rock views. The furnishings are in a contemporary style. It has a 56″ Smart TV and a gas fireplace. There are two Hue GO lights and TV light backlighting, and a SONOS sound system for entertainment.
Kitchen: The kitchen is a true gourmet space with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas stove and touch-screen convection oven. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a rice cooker. The island is spacious enough for meal prep and entertaining and has seating for four.
Dining area: The dining area offers a modern Copenhagen bench and chair dining set.
Master bedroom/bath: (main level) – King bed, 46” Smart TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, private balcony with amazing views. The remodeled private bathroom is gorgeous and offers a unique Italian vanity and lighting, a stunning tile shower with dual shower heads, and a heated towel rack.
Guest Bedroom /bath: The second bedroom is smaller than the master bedroom and is equipped with a queen bed. The bedroom has private back courtyard access. The room has a 40” Smart TV. The bedroom is next to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Loft : The loft has a dedicated workspace as well as a sitting area that overlooks the main level. The loft has its own private balcony complete with breathtaking views. The sitting area includes a queen sofa sleeper, a 40″ Smart TV, and a desk. We have Philips HUE smart light bulbs in the loft and one in the dining room if you have the app on your phone. It allows you to change the color of the light bulbs or turn them on with your phone.
Outdoor/Patio areas: The backyard is spacious and peaceful. Soak in the private hot tub while taking in the red rock views. There is a soothing waterfall that flows 24/7 into a small pond, multiple sitting areas, including an outdoor dining table and BBQ, a quaint courtyard, and a separate cozy fire pit.
Other things to note: The home is nestled up on a hill and has a half-moon driveway that is a bit narrow but can serve as additional parking. There is a garage and a garage door remote.
There is a full-size washer and dryer.
*The air conditioning is a 5-ton unit, plus an additional 2-ton unit in the loft.
We have two Arlo outdoor security cameras on the front of the house, pointing down and facing the driveway for security purposes when the home is unoccupied.
Please note that regularly scheduled property maintenance vendors may come and go during your stay, such as weekly spa maintenance and cleaning, monthly insect treatment, bi-weekly landscaping, etc.

This home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, offering complete privacy for you and your loved ones. You will have access to the Possee Ground Park, pool, and recreational facility that is just steps away. There is walk-out hiking or use the convenient City of Sedona Shuttle Service. Park with ease in the two-car garage, complete with an EV charger, or use the spacious driveway.

House Rules:
We want your stay to be very pleasant and hope you make great memories! Our goal is for you to be a repeat guest!
No parties or events without prior authorization. No smoking in the home or in the garage.
The fire extinguisher is in the pantry on the right side, wall-mounted.
The garage door code and front door code will be sent to you on the day of check-in.
WiFi and password are provided in the home.
All TV’s are smart TV’s so you can sign in to your personal accounts. Download the free “Sonos” phone app to personalize music in each room or make the TV’s stereo.
If there is food in the pantry it’s to share. All spices and cooking supplies are to share. If any of these types of items are left behind they will be shared, so thank you.
There are microfiber washcloths in each bathroom drawer to remove makeup.
Hot Tub Towels, extra sanitation, and PH packets are available in the laundry room for your use.
The sofa sleepers have a pull handle at the upper center. DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE CUSHIONS! All cushions will stay attached. There are waterproof mattress protectors on them and please keep them on. Each sheet set is folded together as a unit. Pillows and sheets are in the hall closet. The pillows have protectors on them but please use pillowcases as well.
In the laundry room, there is soap for the washer and dryer sheets for the dryer above each appliance. Laundry room bottom cabinet has cleaning supplies should you need them. A broom/dustpan and a mop/duster are hanging on the garage wall just as you enter from the garage.
We require and appreciate you using coasters for all beverages and placemats under plates to protect our table tops. Care and cleaning for the table tops – wash down with a damp cloth, no detergents and wipe dry with a hand towel. Cleaning crew sanitizes in between guests.
Coffee is in the pantry and coffee pods are in the drawer under the coffee pot.
Remote for under and upper kitchen cabinet lighting is in the silverware drawer, point at sensors to operate.
Bedroom TV and ceiling fan remotes are located on nightstands. Turn the wall switch on first for fans.
Bedroom alarm clocks are also USB charging hubs.
Soaking salts can be found in the master bathroom cabinet. The living room fireplace remote offers both color-changing flame and heating functions.
In the cabinets to the left of the fireplace, you’ll find toys, games, adult coloring books, pickleballs, and paddles, as well as balls for the park—a short and leisurely walk from the backyard. The park also features a workout fitness trail and outdoor fitness equipment.
If you use the patio furniture or fire pits, the covers can be folded up and stored in the cabinet on the right side of the indoor fireplace. Directions for the patio fire pit are attached, and if additional propane is needed, tanks can be refilled at Ace Hardware.
A ping pong table is available in the garage.
